How can I pay?
You can choose between the following methods of payment within germany:
Prepayment: First you transfer the amount of the order to our bank account, after the amount has been credited to our bank account, we will send the goods away.
Delivery on cash: We send the goods to you and you must pay the goods at the parcle service driver. Cash payment: After we have made an arrangement, you can collect the goods directly at us and pay by cash.
To foreign countries you can pay against prepayment:
Prepayment foreign countries: We send to foreign countries only by prepayment, i.e. you transfer the amount oft the order to our bank account (Iban number, Swift Code or Bic Code), after the amount has been credited to our bank account, we will send the goods away.
How we deliver?
We deliver within Germany by DHL, the parcel duration is about one or two days. To EU countries and the rest of Europe we deliver by DHL or GLS (We are calculating the most economical price for the parcel), the parcel duration is up to seven days (dependent from the country) .
How long is the duration of the order?
The duration of delivery for the most parts are about five up to seven days, sometimes the duration of delivery is longer than one week. Additional to the order E-Mail you will get an extra E-Mail about the duration of delivery.
How the return of parcels takes place?
Returns of goods must be agreed upon before with us, because we have to clear up, if we can organize an pick up of return or you have to send us back the goods. The customer have to pay the cost for returns of goods. We will refuse returns of goods, which are not agreed upon before with us.
What means with EEC Approval or without EEC Approval ?
With EEC Approval: Articles which are described with EEC Approval, are approved for use on public roads and will be delivered with a EEC Approval certificate. After the car is installed with the Ragazzon sport exhaust, you have to carry along the certificate in your car.
Without EEC Approval: Articles which are described without EEC Approval are not approved for use on public roads, i.e. the car insurance and the car operating licence will lose their validity.
